We created over 100 different sequences, the graphics package and logo design for “The Happy Days of Garry Marshall”, a feature-length documentary on the life and work of acclaimed director/producer/screenwriter Garry Marshall. Garry was a Hollywood legend, creating such iconic shows as Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, and Mork & Mindy, and directing hit films such as Pretty Woman, Runaway Bride, and The Princess Diaries. Along the way, he helped launch the careers of dozens of the biggest actors and directors of today. So, for us, it was a great opportunity to dig into the rare archival material the amazing team of filmmakers had uncovered and create some animations that help to tell Garry’s story in a fun and compelling way.
